  Buying?  If you are considering buying in todays market, I strongly suggest you seek out and work with only one agent, an Acredited Buyer's Agent (ABR). The beneffits of working with an ABR are numerous. In these changing times of endless new rules and regulations, credits, etc...  shouldn't you have an agent who is truely working on your behalf instead of a subagent of the listing company, just because an agent isn't from the listing company doesn't necesarily mean they are working for you! Remember, if you haven't hired your own "buyers agent", you are by default working with a subagent of the listing company and they must keep the sellers best interest in mind, not yours.
